This Halloween it seems as if a new trend has emerged – replacing the traditional ghost or goblin mask with one of a white-collar criminal.  And, not just any white-collar criminal, the man who single handily masterminded the largest ponzi scheme ever – Bernie Madoff.

Early reports show his mask is one of the top selling items of the holiday season. This type of product is always interesting to me because it shows the true beauty of getting marketing correct.  An opportunity arose to merchandise a novelty product in tandem with  a land mark event  and they got it right! Kudos to the team behind the mask… I only have one question? When will Billy Fucillo make his own mask and give it away to kids? Maybe next Halloween? Maybe a few commercials Billy?

Check out the below ad that Burger King just ran in Japan to promo the new Windows 7 operating system… Now Rochester… That’s HUGE!!!  This 7 layer beast contains more calories than recommended in one day. WOW! If you’ve eaten one leave a message and let me know how it was!
